Web Parts dont work on my PC

Hi,
I think Web Parts dont work on my PC.
I made one test page for Web parts.It just displayed me the web parts, but no any arrow in right corner, that I could see in other samples on web.
I even downloaded the code from web, but still no luck.
Please help me....
