Problem with machin.config

hi all,
i am making an application in which i am using multipage and tabstrip component.some time it is runs perfectly but some time it gives compilation error 'access denied 'MS-IEwebcontrols'.this is the folder,which is made after installing that webcontrol.please solve this problem.
