Default WSE2.0 SP3 for Authentication

Hi I am new with web service security

Here is what i want to achieve

I want to use UsernameToken for Securing Usename and Password and later for ever call to the webservice i want to use the usernametoken for securing get/retrieve data

my client application is Mobile application which currently uses Dime attachment Opennetcf &WSE2.0 feature and cannot move to WSE3.0 and WSE3.0 supports MTOM

Will the usernametoken work with .NETCF2.0 (client) and (.NET2.0)

Thanks in Advance
