Default I have problem connecting to SQL Server 2000 sp3

Hi,

Could anyone help me on this. I'm currently running Windows 2003 Server and its running on my SQL Server 2000. But in the local computer it is registered normally. But when i'm going to register it on another remote computer SQL Server Enterprise could not locate the instance. Why is this so? could anyone help me....
