Default Does VS 2005 have a toolbox for menu bar?

I used to create menu bars with drop-down links by using Javascript.
Does VS 2005 have a toolbox to create the similar top, horizonal menu bars? I have used "Menu" control under Navigation group of the tollbox to create the vertical menu bars on the left pane.

It seems to me the traditional top, horizonal menu bars look better than the vertical menu control. Wondering how to create the vertical drop-down menu bars.
