Does someone know where i can find a xp_look & feel ocx/component
that i can use to make the menu-bar xp look alike.

The one at vbAccellerator is somewhat complicated and i'm way behind schedule (as always).

I am afraid they all are complicated...
Like the one I use "ActiveBar" from DataDynamics:
