Default Help me...I have an error in webform

Hi,

I had copied a webform and its code behind page in an asp.net application to

another application.I used nearly 50 controls in that form.

I got a compilation error "The name 'span1' does not exists in current context".

I can't get a solution through browsing.

Please provide a solution for me... as soon as possible...

Thank You,

Subhashini Palanivel.

Default

The control span1 must be missing its declaration attribute on server side, are you using 1.1 or 2.0 version? if 1.1, check for the declaration on top of page in the control declaration section, and if 2.0, check in the designer.aspx.cs for the declaration for this span.

Regards
Mike
