Default Pocket PC emulator 2003

I'm trying to view a mobile web page which hosted in my local machine through pocket PC 2003 emulator.i tried by changing connection setting in the emulator and also with Microsoft loop back adapter but unable to configure the emulator to run the web page.
how to configure this emulator to view locally hosted mobile web pages?

Thanks for your reviews guys.After a long research finally found the way to connect a pocket pc 2003 emulator to local intranet and internet.
it was bit confusing because the most of the articles are available that describes the visual studio beta version way of connecting but in visual studio enterprise version that method had changed.
