To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I tried to run the same application on different computers. The problem is not so severe but occurs very rarely at some computers only. I have tried many things to fix this error, tried with try catch blocks, tried fixing web.onfig; machine.config, tried to find some solution on blogs, but coul not succeed.

With no info, we can't do much to help you.. You have a threading aborting, that's not weird, but we can't tell you why is aborting don't knowing where or when it abort...

Also, if this is an NET.ASP page, this always occurs at server side, so you try with diferents servers? And can you explain why you say that this happens at some computers? not at the server always?
