Default JIT Error

I'm getting the following error when trying to run an application made in ASP.NET 2.0:

See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************
To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

<configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I tried to run the same application on different computers. The problem is not so severe but occurs very rarely at some computers only. I have tried many things to fix this error, tried with try catch blocks, tried fixing web.onfig; machine.config, tried to find some solution on blogs, but could not succeed.

Why would I be seeing a reference to the System.Windows.Forms assembly in an ASP.NET application? Are you trying to use some functionality from that assembly in your app? Is it possible this is contributing to the problem?
