Displaying web page content in different language

Hi,

I have to develop one web site,which should display its content in 2 different languages in same page at the same time.

I tried using resource file,but it helps only to display one specific language at a time.

can anybody help me to solve this issue.

I want to display text using english and (spanish or Germen or thi).

please help me,its very urgent.
