Hi All

I need some ideas/advice in order to build a C# messenger like service.
I have 3 groups of people, say Student/Moderator/Technology Specialist.
Student will ask questions based on different technologies and it will be answerable by tech specialist. The questions which will be asked has to go through the moderator, after the approval from the moderator, it has to reach to specialist. This has to implemented using messenger like service.
I have got stuck in order to how to implement it.

Any ideas/help will be highly appreciated.
