Default MSN Messenger like application

Hello,

I am trying to create an application that has the shape of MSN messenger, where it is docked on the right side of the screen. I can't figure out the best way to do that, where it will dock on that side of the screen. Can a custom form be created to do this?

Thanks,

Brian
