Default Error using MS Word in a Service

When trying to instantiate Microsoft Word in a Windows Service, we are getting the following error and any assistance would be appreciated. The suspected cause is permissions, but we just don't know where to start.

Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {000209FF-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80070005
