Default need a step by step book

Hi,

Im new to this forum. I have some knowledge of windows application vb.net. I am aware that WRox books are very good.

What I need is a step by step book using visual studio 2008 and Sql Server Express Edition 2005. However I need instructions with a code behind method of programming in ASP.NET as I have bought a book which works with a single file and I found it rather confusing. I have no knowledge of HTML so the book need to address this as well. A CD with examples would be an added asset.

I would appreciate any suggestions of a book please.

On top of the Code Behind that Peter confirmed, you'll also see a few in-line code examples. That way you learn how both work.

Main focus (99%) is on Code Behind though...

Cheers,

Imar
