Default UML Generator?

Hi
I am looking for a free program(for commercial use if possible) that does C# and asp.net mvc Class diagrams and then generates the code.

I am having a hard time find this.

For MVC I am just talking about really the controller and not the views part. Like I want to be able to make folders and stick classes in their that inherit the controller. Non of the software I seen seems to allow you to create a folder that will contain different classes in it. They sort of all assume you will have all your classes just flying around under the root.

I am using Visual Studios 2008 Express so I can't even get the one that comes with Visual Studios pro.
So anyone know any. I am looking for class diagram generator then sequence diagram one.

Thanks
