Default Video gallery

I want to have a video gallery in my site....
Manager should be able to upload video files....
And, anyone should be able to view the video in the site...
I want the video to be displayed inside the webpage itself....
Along with the options of pause, stop, play and volume control...

Please can anyone guide me, about doing this...
Please can anyone give me a general idea as well as important things which should be taken care of.... Also what is the best way to implement a video gallery in a site?

Thanks in advance...
