so im looking into how developers make websites where registered users are charged fees. and i am being directed (by google) to a lot of topics that include paypal.

personally i never registered on any sites that require me to pay fees, so i do not know what to look for. What am i trying to look for? (as far as a google search goes)

Um what kind of stuff are you charging fees for? I currently making a site and I use PayPal express and basically I have a user make a account. They can try the service for 7 days unrestricted. If they like it they can buy a subscription to the site for X amounts of months.

quite honestly.. i dont really know what his site is yet, we have discussed it briefly. He says it will be similar to AAA or something.

ok. I got an update. First off, i have been told "the banks will give us the links to bill people" thats a quote from the guy. Second, the site is for a trucking company. They want to bill each member monthly. Their payed registration enables them to use all the sites features. I hope this helps. i saw something called direct-debit. I was wondering is that something i can use. I tried finding tutorials for that sort of thing. no dice. I dont have a contract with this guy yet. I will soon though.
