Can I run Apache and IIS on the same host?

Hello everybody

I have lost a lot of time to search how can i set up to run Apache and IIS on the host
my project is including (php and .net) my domain
is set to on your domain will depend on which configuration file is read and which one is not.
Example, if i am using IIS as default, the web.config will be read but the .htaccess will not.
