Default search & display records in gridview

Requirement:
I need to give User the option to input either of the three fields
empsid
first name
last name

the above 3 fields are from 1 table(EmployeeProfile).
I want to display records based on the words type in either of the textbox.
Based on the user selection the grid needs to display records specific to the selection.

Complete .aspx & code behind is appreciated.

You must be mistaken this public discussion forum with a site where you can hire programmers to do a paid job for you.

Just to make sure you clearly understand: people are here for their own fun and in their own free time. They are here to help you with tricky programming questions, but not to do your work for you.

So, yes, clearly, "complete .aspx & code behind is appreciated", and "pleaz its urgent" as well, but that won't get you very far.

If you want help, especially when asking for help in one of the Pro forums, explain what your problem is exactly. Show us what you've already done yourself to resolve it, show us your current ideas, design and code, show what you found on Google and so on. Just don't ask us to do your work for you.

Cheers,

Imar

Sid,

You better start asking question instead of asking someone to do your job...

What is your problem with this??
