Default Installing Visual Studio Express 2013

Currently I have two PCs that have both the professional editions of 2010-12 on them, in a windows 7 environment, is it possible to load Visual Studio Express 2013 on either on of those two boxes without causing issues or conflicts, or contamination with the other two versions of Visual Studio of 2010-12 that are currently on those boxes right now? It seems like this is about the only way you can get into MVC5 is by loading the Visual Studio Express 2013 onto those boxes.
