Default machine.config file in .NET 4

Hi Imar,
The books, that i read those, is all in .net 3.5(like your book in 3.5) . When I got a copy of professional asp.net 4 i see that there is one file that is machine.config (+ web.config that i understand it ). Could you help me what does this file??

Take a look at Chapter 15, page 537 of my 3.5 book.
