Default ASP.Net4

My website was working fine and then with the purchase of new notebook when I shifted the codes into the new machine, I found this error:
"Unable to update auto-refresh reference 'ajaxcontroltoolkit.dll'. Cannot find assembly C:\AjaxControlTollkit.Binary.Net4\AjaxControlToolkit.dll'. ajaxcontroltoolkit"
All I did when open the website is that I deleted an Excel file saved as html.

Also, when I start the website from the local host, strange things are added to the Solution Explorer such as "Script Documents" and sub files, and when I exit they disappear.

Any help would be appreciated.
