Default PHP Upgrade

Is there anything special that needs to take place where upgrading PHP4.2.3 to PHP4.3.2 and upgrading to Apache 2.0?????

I can't imagine so... Just be aware that Apache 2.0 is still relatively new and that some people have had problems getting everything set up and running properly. The PHP manual suggests NOT using Apache 2 on live/production sites.
