I need to plug the form into the following page: http://www.thewebleaders.com/contact3.html
I do not know why part of the code displays on the page, and why none of the graphics will show on the page unless you mouse over them?
Can someone please look at the pages and tell me why I am having the problems, and then suggest fixes for them?
