Default Can't complete the projects

When i attempt to run the first few projects such as Variables and Integers, i get a weird issue come up.

The message box that displays shows the name of the form "variables"(in that particular case" but nothing else such as the display "Value of n + 1 = 29" as it should.

I downloaded the source code just to make sure i'm not typing it in wrong however i am still dealing with the same issue.

I am running Visual Studio .NET Enterprise Architect

Any ideas what might be wrong, i have extensive experience with networking but this is my first forray into programming and i'm already banging my head into a wall on page 55.

Mike

Mike,

What book are you using and what is some of the code? The chance is good that a lot of us won't have the same book so we will need more information from you.
