I have some date in mySQL database. I see strange chars in browser instead of polish letters. Of course in the <meta> i have iso-8859-2. Other data in the page is cool. Only text from mySQL is different.
Im not a master at this but first thing to check is how was the data sent to your database, was it manual or via php code, if it was via your code how was the database updated?
