I am looking for somebody to work with me on a [u]nature photography site</u> (By nature photography I

mean mostly landscapes and seascapes).

Here some of the features I want to implement. User must be able to:
1. Submit photographs.
2. Search for photographs.
3. Rate photographs.
    -user can enable or disable rating of a photographs by others.
4. View top rated photographs, top images of the week/month/all time, top images buy category.
5. View photographs by category.
6. View photographs by name.
7. Submit feedback about a photograph and read what others wrote (a messageboard with image on top).
     -anymous feedback may be enabled or disabled at user's discretion.
8. View all the photographs that he submitted.
9. Create a personal gallery of photographs from photographs submitted by others.
10. View list of authors by name.
11. View statistics, such that how many other users viewed his/hers picture.
12. View coordinates of places where interesting photographs can be taken.
13. View tutorials, general advices, etc.
14. View list of photography trips.
15. Switch the language of the site. (For example, from English to Italian).
16. View photographs by country and/or landmark. (For example, all photographs taken in Switzerland).
17. Display prices of his/her prints (optional).
18. Leave a short story below his/her photo about when/how the photo was taken.
19. View latest photo submission from his/her friends.
20. Add comments to nature photo related articles posted on the site.
21. Receive email notifications if somebody leaves comments for his/her photograph.

Paid?
I view this project as non-commercial. However, the site will contain: ad words and banners. If any profit is

generated, it will be divided. I will give you access to all the accounts (statcounter, google adwords, etc.). I

can even give you my street address.

Why would somebody need another photo site?
The odd thing is that I did not find a website having similar features that I listed and dedicated

[u]thoroughly</u> to nature photography. There are many great photo sharing sites on the Internet, but all of

them are general.

It seems like a fun subject. I just have some comment on this.
You mentioned that this site would be non commercial however you mention :
- 17. Display prices of his/her prints (optional).
This makes me wonder how not commercial this is and this can also lead to some serious juristictional problems I would leave this option out untill you give this some good thought.

Another point.
12. View coordinates of places where interesting photographs can be taken.
Have you thought about how to do this.
- Who is going to put these co-orinates there you users both.
- what technique are you going to use Google earth/Google maps your own map system or just the
  co-ordinates.
Are you going to allow fotos the have a relation with co-ordinates.



You also mentioned that there will be a option to change the language have you thought about what problems this will give with dynamic content. For example you have comment and tutorials that probably can be given by users. I don't think users want to give there comment in 3 different languages.

Users submitting data leads to another problem that for functionality such as comment and tutorials you need users to login. For this you need functionality which alows users to login.

And last but not least.
What are your capabilities concerning programming in php and HTML and CSS skills I think you will get much more co-operation if you have any or more of these skills.
