windows task scheduler using VB

hello,
Can anyone help with some code samples for accessing Windows Task Scheduler using Vb6.0.
I have a apllication in Vb6.0 which accepts date and time from the user. i need to run a exe at the given Time(using tahe data by user) using Task Scheduler. this exe also accepts certain parameters..
please do help with some codes and guidelines
