How to Click a button on a web page in VB code

Iâm trying to use the Internet Explorer object in VB. When I navigate this site using this command

oIE.Navigate âhttps://dss.nyiso.com/dss/docViewAGN...DocType=csvâ

I get a box that asked me to click Open, Save, or Cancel.
How do I click the Save button in VB Code?
