Hi Brian..!!!

I have installed VSOCKS in my computer...
Internet direct connected to my computer from ISP and other client are being connected to the net from my computer.

So i think there shoulb be not any problem of server.

Being able to use the net from your computer does not mean that there is a server running on it.
Can you get web pages through: http://localhost?

This would seem to indicate no local internet server.
Hence, no VB IIS (WebClass) app development ability.
