Default linking information to another sheet and save it

I have a sheet with hours per week. Every week an efficientie is calculated with the hours in the budget and the hours spent in that week ( weeks are per kolom, in the rows are the subjects). The hours spent in that week are put in a kolom under different subjects. This efficientie has to be placed in an other sheet in a kolom with the weeks under each other. The efficientie changes every week and there for this value has to be saved every time. How can I make this with visual basic?

I have already written this, but it doesn't work. Does anyone have tips?
Private Sub Worksheet_Change(ByVal Target As Range)
Var = 16 - Sheets("RENDEMENT").Cells(5, 16)

If Intersect(Target, Range("F55")) Is Nothing Then Exit Sub
Row = [F55] + Var
j = 3
For i = 16 To 68
Sheets("WEEK TOTAAL").Cells(Row, j) = Sheets("RENDEMENT").Cells(5, i)
j = j + 1

End Sub
