Default How do I save Information?

Like, im making a web browser, but i dont know how to save the home page and favorites that the user inputs, like i dont know what to do, because i know people dont wanna enter it in EACH time they go on it. Cuz firefox was made in vb i think so i know it can be done, anyone who knows can reply, email me ([email protected]) or aim me (mutantchitmunk)

Like, you could use a database, text file, XML file or the registry to save any settings info. I'd keep away from the registry mainly to keep it clean. I hate when programs insert a heap of crap in my reg and like, leave it for ever.

A database is probably overkill in this case. Personally I'd like, use an XML file for storage which you can pretty much use like its a database table.
