Default selected collating sequence is not supported by OS

Hi I got an error in vb selected collating sequence is not supported by Operating system. IN vb the file exists called Address.txt. it breaks here in VRSt.OPen vSQLString,VarConnection,vCursorType,VLockType.
the value of vSQLString ="Select Count * As mRecCount from Address.txt"
VarConnection="Provider=MSDASQL.1;ExtendProperties ="DBQ=C:\documents and Settings\Jerry\mydocuments\visualStudio\ProjectNam e;DefaultDir =C:\document and settings\Jerry\mydocumnts\visualstudio. I am using Windows XP. Please help me here I spent two days on this

Try to google about this error, but if I remember correctly the provider is not correct registered...
