Save Listview Data to a DataBase

Hi Guys:

I have a ListView with 3 Colummn: "Description", "Price" and One bottom "Save"

How Can I save those Item from The listview when I click the Bottom
"cmdSave_Click"

I'll Appreciate if some one can help me,
