Default MAPI – OUTLOOK annoying pop up’s

I have created a program that uses MAPI for sending mails . But every time I press 'SEND' , there are pop ups from OUTLOOK asking me to confirm if I want to send the message to the recipient. I know that you can disable it in outlook at Tools > Trust center > Programmatic access > Tick Never warn me about suspicious activities. But that’s a no no.
Is there a way to get past this without using SMTP ?

EnumWindows, EnumChildWindows, and the SendMessage API's should do the work for you. So when you do your .send you would then search for the outlook application and retrieve its handle. Then its childwindows looking for the dialog. Finding that, then you enum its child windows looking for the button so you can send a message with the ?WM_BUTTONCLICK? or the WM_MBUTTONDOWN AND WM_MBUTTONUP constants.

Good Luck
