Default Mapping Failure in Biztalk Server 2000

Hi all,

We are using Biztalk Server 2000 to generate catalogs. We have configured Biztalk Messaging Manager. We are using CSV files, which are getting converted into XML.

When we execute the particular step manually it works & catalog gets updated. But if we schedule a task through scheduled tasks (We are just placing a CSV file which is to be imported in Receve/Drop folder), we are getting the following error.

--------------------------------------------------------------

Event Type: Error
Event Source: BizTalk Server
Event Category: Document Processing
Event ID: 324
Date: 8/28/2004
Time: 1:35:48 AM
User: N/A
Computer: server1
Description:
An error occurred in BizTalk Server.

Details:
------------------------------
The XML document could not be translated. The map specified by reference "http://server1/BizTalkServerRepository/Maps/SangamDirect/mapCatalogCSV_CatalogXML.xml" failed. Verify that the map is up to date.

The following channel configuration setting is not valid: "ProductCatalogChannel"

The server could not finish processing the document.

Suspended Queue ID: "{3FF8DDB4-846B-4A35-BCB3-FCC8A1BDD078}"

The server could not finish processing the document.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

We also checked the map with the help of mapper, it is not giving any kind of error.

We also configured channel & receive function again, it runs manually, sometimes runs with the scheduled tasks also but when you reboot the server & automatic run fails with the above error.

Kindly help.

Regards,

Pankaj K
