Default SQL Server Problem after power failure.

Good morning

i would like to know why every time after power failure, I can't open DTS on my pc but if i open DTS on the server itself it is no prblem? what should i do if power failure? my server had installed UPS into it, is the problem because of UPS?

Your server may be up with battery backup but what about other equipment like your router, switch and your pc. If these go out you will not maintain connection to SQL Server
