How to Keep track of all incoming Documents

Hi All,

  Has any one have Idea, How to keep track of all incoming documents by Document Definition, Channel or Port...

  Using Document Tracking I am able to find only successful documents, how to keep track of doc's in suspended queue and those which are still processing...

  Tried InterchangeDTA, But unable to find relation from dta_indoc_details.. to PORT, CHANNEL OR ORGANIZATION...
