Default Handling incoming call

Hi
I am trying to Developing Mobile Application in .Net Technology
I want to detect incoming call in Mobile using .net Technology
How can I do it ?
Do you have any idea?
Please help me

I don't think there is anything in .NET that would do this. I would imagine that it will require you to hook into an API of the device OS.
