Default Calling Orchestrations based on file format

 Hello All,
I'm a beginner in Biztalk 2004. I had a small problem going on. I have two file having ext xml. But both the files differ in format. One file has kind of a long format and the other has a different format. No I would be reading this file from a particular receive location. Is there are way in which i specify the schemas and based on the schema biztalk calls the appropriate orchestration. Or to put in other words is there a way in which I can check this file for its format and call the appropriate orchestration. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you.
