We have my server machine with windows 2003 server and BTS 2004 with sql server 2000 installed on it. I had an orchestration runnig fine on this server for quite sometime before the Logon user and password to this server were changed. Since the user was changed my Enterprise SSO service would not start. After changing the password and id for the service I started it. But then I got an error for my receive location "Could not retrieve transport type data for Receive Location <Location name> from config store. Access is denied". Then I added the new user to the SSO administrators group. After doing this the error for receive location comes up as "Could not retrieve transport type data for Receive Location <Location Name> from config store. Primary SSO server <Server Name> failed. No secrets were found in ther registry of the master secret server. User the Configuration tools to generate a master secret." Is there a way out to get back the created received locations for the current user? Any help would be appreciated.. Thanks in advance..

I had the same problem. I even tried adding myself to every SQL server group possible on every BT database in there. It didn't help.
Finally, I added myself to the BizTalk Server Administrators group (Local Users and Groups / Active Directory). That did it.

I don't know if this is of any help to you but I've just run into the same problem and found that if I restored the master secret key to the SSO database, I was able to successfully start my orchestrations using the existing configuration. I'm not sure if it's all right from security point of view.
But for me adding myself to SSO administrators group fixed this problem.
