XForms

Hi,
we use XForms to create xml Forms and when we use SideWinder to see the result it generate an error:
Error validating document "file:///C:/Documents and Settings.../Bureau/divers/comm.html".
Reason: Validate failed because the root element had no associated DTD/schema.
Some one to help me ?????
