Default XSLT with Xforms

Hi.
If we have an XML doc like the one below, how can we write an XSLT stylesheet that transforms the XML document into XForms document?

<?xml version="1.0" ?>
<collectdata>
          <Idcard/>
          <fname/>
           <lname/>
           <dateofbirth/>
            <gender/>
    </collectdata>

cheers

First design the XForms document that you want to transform it into. Coding the XSLT then shouldn't be difficult. Were there any particular difficulties that you foresee?
