Default how to added a calculated field in pivot table

Count of wrkordno status
EmployeeName B/forward C/Forward complete Grand Total
Jackson S 282 1 284
Jambaya F 405 405
Katchisie 77 77
Petros J 508 2 1 511
Sithole F 1000 1 1002
Grand Total 2272 3 2279
I have designed a pivot table in access like the one above but the problem which i have now is that i want to add a calculated field which is calculated as follows perf=(B/forward+C/forward)/Grand Total

Excell only give the fields imported from access which are employeeName,WorkOrderNo and Status(Status having the following, records B/forward C/Forward and complete )
