Default How to disable ALT+ENTER keyboard shortcut

hello to all members of this forum and i am thrilled at this idea of creating this type of collaboration. I am a new member and there are few things which are not completely clear to me.is there any way to give a name to a macro which begins with the key:ALT. Or i would like to formulate the question more generally: how to disable the key combination: ALT+ENTER or any combination of the keys which begin with:ALT.(ALT + ENTER opens property box for an object)
Thank u very much
