The only thing in chapter one is a word document. I downloaded the code twice.

You need the second download. The first download has this title:
Download Bonus Content
which is the bonus content (Word documents) for the book.
However, the second download, titled "Download Code for Chapter 1" links to http://media.wiley.com/product_ancil...installers.zip which has the full code and databases for the chapter.

CD: 2 questions for you. Where in the book does it say that the CD comes with SQL Server Express Edition? I think that's a mistake and I need to check it and get it correct.
