I install the installer from the CD, When i try to log in, it always show me the unsuccesful message. Even Blog chapter, cms chapter, or any need to log in place it also cant to log in. is it need to add the permission for the sql database?or set another new administrator role? thanks..

If not, can you please provide more details about your setup? E.g. whether you used the installer or not, how you browse to the site, your OS and so on...

You can use the Website Administration tool for this. Page 270, second part of the page describes how to access the tool and create roles.
