Yes, FreeTextBox is working in Firefox 2.0.0.3 on my Mac at work. It does not work in Safari. My friend is going to the FreeTextBox website and it works just fine on his Mac using Safari, so I'm not sure why it doesn't like Safari when he goes to http://mikepalecek.com/
He is being lazy and doesn't want to figure out how to get Firefox into his application folder and into the quick launch bar at the bottom of the screen, so he's going to the FreeTexBox site, formatting his blog, and then pasting it into the text box on his site.
Oh well...
Yes, it is very easy to modify your code. I'll probably add more features. The first one will be a little counter so you can see how many comments there are for a blog entry without having to open the link first. I'll do a stored procedure for it and follow the pattern you are using. I might add a tool tip for the dates on the calendar, so you can see how many blog entries there are for that day, but I'm not exactly sure how I'm going to deal with the categories for the blog entries if I do that (I don't think the categories matter when you click on a date, but I haven't played with it enough to be sure).
Thank you!

You may want to take a look here: http://p2p.wrox.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=45626
Someone else wanted to build the same thing and I gave some pointers.
Cheers,
Imar

Starting from today I moved the "WroxBlogCS.zip" file from my personal server to the Windows Live Folders service.
The new link is: http://folders.live.com/self.aspx/+7...WroxBlogCS.zip

I don't suppose this has been ported to 3.5?
Or does anyone know of anyway to create a blog in ASP.NET 3.5?
Thanks.

Hi there,
Not that I am aware off.
However, ASP.NET is forwards compatible so you should be able to open any of these projects in VS 2008 or VS 2010 and run it under .NET 3.5 or 4.0.
Cheers,
Imar
