Unfortunately, it doesn't work.

In page 231 says:

To test the administration section,
click the Admin link and log in with a username of SuperAdmin and a password of password#.

I used "password#", literaly

ostwald, perhaps the problem is that I'm using your fonts, and you've changed the password, isn't it?

I am not sure I understand the past few posts. Fonts??

Anyway, go into the Web Site Administration tool and either create a new account, or change the password of the existing account.

Sorry, I wanted to say "source code" (the word "fonts" looks like "fuentes", and sometimes I speak "spanglish").

Really, the solution is very simple, but the problem is that the sql server management express is not working properly. I get the following message (and I didn't find any solution over the internet), when I try to attach or create a new database (it worked fine on the past):

TITLE: Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio Express

Right, that explains the fonts..... ;)

Anyway, not sure what to suggest as I have never seen this error message.

Maybe reinstalling SQL Server and the Management tools, together with Service Pack 2 helps?

Sorry I can't suggest anything else...

And, if it doesn't work, perhaps reinstalling the O.S.

Thanks anyway

Only one more thing (the last one).

The original password was really "password#"?

AFAIK, yes, as that's what the book says. I haven't written that chapter, so I can't tell for sure....
